Everest Therapy Solutions

Here is how it works:

What we set aside:
Five percent of the price of the items in every order placed in this shop, before shipping, taxes and discounts. It is tracked as a set-aside from our own revenue, not held in a separate trust or escrow account.

When the fund runs short:
A scholarship is never held up waiting for the money. If we decide to award one before the fund has caught up, we award it anyway and Everest Therapy Solutions covers the difference from its own revenue. The fund can and does run a negative balance.

What the fund pays for:
A reduced or waived price on what we offer, including the Mindset Evolution course, therapy and other mental health support from Everest Therapy Solutions. Never paid out in cash. Never sent to a third party.

Who holds it and who decides:
Everest Therapy Solutions holds, tracks and administers the fund and decides how awards are made, at its sole discretion. There is no separate organization and no outside administrator.

What this is not:
Not a charity, a nonprofit or a 501(c)(3). A purchase is a purchase, not a donation, and it is not tax-deductible. No part of it goes to an outside charitable organization.

Records:
We track the amount set aside on every order and every scholarship awarded from it. Ask us where the fund stands and we will tell you.

Who it is for:
The fund exists so that what a person can pay does not decide the quality of support they receive. Priority goes to people who are struggling financially, and they get the same course and the same support as everyone else, not a lesser version. Awards are made at our discretion. More than the fund:
The fund is one part of how we do this. We also invest in new ways to put the best tools psychology has to offer in front of more people. The Mindset Evolution course, the workbook and the free resources on this site all exist for that reason.
